Lead Test Engineer

Chorley Service Delivery

Working at ROQ you can expect more than your typical test position. Our Lead Test Engineers take responsibility for the planning, development, execution and management of automated testing activities within a client solution.

Your primary responsibility is to lead the team, which includes planning workload and ensuring that it is completed on time and within budget to a standard that meets or exceeds our client’s expectations. A key part of the role is to provide regular, accurate, and concise reports on the team’s progress, highlighting recent achievements, planned work, and risks and issues that might prevent the team from achieving its plans.

As Lead Test Engineer you will think innovatively about how best to test the solution within an automation test environment and what may be required to facilitate testing. You will change/adjust the approach to testing when necessary to ensure continuous improvement can be achieved.

What ROQ can offer you

In return ROQ can offer a highly competitive starting salary, company pension, Fitbit, life assurance, staff discounts, buy and sell holidays, on-going training and superb career development whilst working in an innovative environment and working amongst skilled professionals.

And there's more....We also have a charity matching scheme which allows you to raise funds for a local charity of your choice and the company will match your donation of up to £200 per year.
