ROQ is delighted to announce that it has achieved Investors in People (IIP) Gold accreditation. This was ROQs first attempt at accreditation, so to achieve Gold is a real accomplishment demonstrating their commitment to high performance through excellent people management.
Operating from a purpose built,150-seat state-of-the-art Test Lab in the North of England, the first of its kind in the UK and various client sites across the country, ROQ works with major organisations such as Unilever, Deloitte and the NHS to deliver large scale and global programmes through high-functioning, high-quality software applications.
Investors in People is the international standard for people management, defining what it takes to lead, support and manage people effectively to achieve sustainable results. Gold is one of the highest levels of Investors in People accreditation that can be achieved.

ROQ were measured against a framework of nine indicators based on the features of organisations that consistently outperform industry norms and are grouped around three enablers: leading; supporting; and improving. Following an assessment involving an initial exploratory analysis and production of an assessment plan, the IIP 40 online assessment was administered to all employees and face to face interviews lasting between 60-90 minutes were carried out with a cross section of staff.
