8th April 2022 – Chorley, United Kingdom: ROQ, a UK based strategic software testing service and solutions provider, is delighted to announce the appointment of James Eastham as its new Head of Delivery. James has been promoted internally joining the leadership team as the company continues with its ambitious growth plans.
James is a real team player and fantastic leader, with a real passion for open communication and a collaborative working environment. A member of the ROQ team for six years, he has previously had full responsibility and accountability for delivering managed test services for a multi-billion-dollar global law firm, recognised as a leading light in the legal industry. James will now be utilising his skills to oversee exceptional service delivery for all of ROQ’s clients.
James was recently shortlisted as a finalist for Test Manager of The Year at The European Software Testing Awards, a true testament to everything he’s done for ROQ, its people, and his client.
James will be accountable for service delivery excellence, continuing the outstanding client success stories and driving greater client engagement to implement new service propositions.

This new appointment is one of ROQ’s various recently filled positions. Additional new recruits have been inducted into service delivery, the people team and sales and marketing functions. The business is going from strength to strength, with the team having grown by 70% in the last 12 months.
