ROQ, the strategic software testing solutions provider, has appointed Ian Smith as Head of Innovation. This new senior leadership position will be instrumental in ensuring ROQ continues to pioneer within the software testing market, driving out much needed advancements within the sector. Ian’s appointment is integral to ROQ’s continual drive to help its clients ensure successful digital transformation outcomes through a quality-first approach.
Ian brings with him a wealth of experience, having undertaken various senior IT roles at IBM over the last 20 years. Most recently as Innovation Architect he worked with IBM’s corporate clients to develop and drive collaborative innovation programmes, and deliver innovation projects. Building on his skills in IT architecture and technical leadership, Ian has also successfully worked with both internal and external teams on how to embrace technology and to foster a thriving innovation culture. Ian joins ROQ at an exciting time, with the company looking to double in size over the next two years.
