Our typical profile of work is built around teams of 10-25 test professionals over a programme (12-18 months) or on long-term engagements (3 years +). These partnerships also allow ROQ to add significant value throughout the organisation – whether it be directly through automation and performance or as advisors across the wider project management activities.
The Test Lab provides the perfect place for clients to leverage cost and resource efficiencies as well as having access to a large pool of testing professionals who are constantly challenged with working on leading technology for fast moving organisations. The nature of our larger functional testing engagements ranges from implementations of global eCRM / Service Management solutions to eCommerce platform partners for international brand implementations (US, Australia and Europe).
Our engagements typically begin with gaining an understanding of the business issue the client is trying to resolve and how their proposed solution will address this. Through dialogue with the main business and IT sponsors, along with the programme teams, we agree a delivery model that matches the objectives. We then mobilise the service, smoothly transitioning into on-going delivery. Communication with stakeholders is key throughout this process and we work hard with clients to ensure the cadence of this is perfect for all parties involved.
