Client Director - Existing Clients
The Client Director will be responsible for prospecting and building relationships within ROQ’s existing large, multi-national, Public and Private sector clients, whilst ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction.
You will be a well-organised, passionate and energetic self-starter with a hunger for personal success and the rewards that come with it. You will have excellent communication skills - both written and oral – and the ability to participate in C-Level discussions to demonstrate ROQ’s unique value proposition. You will have solid experience in account management and relationship development, as well as being an innovative and effective prospector – able to drive conversations with the right individuals, at the right levels to initiate, maintain and grow client engagements effectively. You must have a good understanding of the software delivery lifecycle and a good technical background to assess the validity of opportunities.
The ability to build trust-based, value added relationships with existing clients is key – as is the ability to work effectively with internal Subject Matter Experts at ROQ, across a range of departments to drive optimal business outcomes. At ROQ, we are incredibly proud of our client satisfaction and net promoter score, and this will be a key measure of your success.
You will earn sales bonuses / commission based on client satisfaction and sales revenue / contributing margin generated associated with account growth on the accounts you manage (all of which is detailed in the ‘ROQ Commission Plan’).
