Roq and Role: Sean Gray – Talent Acquisition Specialist

Roq and Role is the brand new podcast, hosted by Roq Career Support Manager, Steven Knowles, interviewing a variety of Roq colleagues from all roles, backgrounds and expertise. The podcast series aims to give you a flavour of what it’s like to work for Roq as well as explore how some of our guests got in to their careers in testing. Steven will also cover some technical aspects of the testing world, in addition to some softer, wacky and fun questions.

Meet Sean Gray, Roq's Talent Acquisition Specialist, the man you'll be speaking to if you apply for a role within Roq. During this podcast episode Sean gives us an insight in to his daily life and also highlights some of the things he's looking for in an ideal candidate, as well as some top tips when going through the recruitment process.
