Our client is a global offshore deep-water drilling contractor that provides drilling services to the oil and gas industry. Operating a fleet of semi-submersibles, jack-ups, and drill ships, the company supports exploration and production worldwide. 

THE CLIENT CHALLENGE 

As part of a broader transformation programme, the client was looking to improve the speed and quality of change across its Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) landscape. However, the existing testing model was limited in several key areas:
