Our client is the world’s largest supplier of cargo carrying units to the global energy industry, operating across more than 25 countries. With around 850 employees and a hire fleet of over 60,000 units, they provide tailored logistics, aviation, modular, and fluid management solutions for oil and gas projects globally.
THE CLIENT CHALLENGE
To address millions of pounds in annual losses due to misplaced, stolen, or condemned assets, our client launched a project to develop a global Track & Trace portal, enabling real-time visibility of high-value equipment. However, several delivery challenges were limiting progress:
No structured Agile delivery model in place, leading to unproductive status calls and poor backlog management.
Limited QA governance and no consistent test or defect management processes.
A need to build repeatable, scalable functional test automation to support ongoing platform evolution.
A requirement for faster, more effective collaboration across global teams.
