Our client is one of the world’s largest logistics and warehouse solution providers. An Indian-owned multinational, the organisation has a strong global presence and a diverse customer base spanning automotive, manufacturing, and consumer industries. 

THE CLIENT CHALLENGE 

Amidst rapid business expansion and a wave of new client contracts, the organisation’s internal delivery processes were coming under pressure. Bespoke client needs exposed gaps in testing maturity, toolsets, and cross-team collaboration. A strategic decision was made to move from Waterfall to Agile delivery, but the client lacked the in-house capability to successfully lead this change. Key challenges included: 

  • A fragmented global delivery model, with limited internal testing resource and siloed ways of working. 

  • An inflexible application architecture that was difficult to configure and scale for new clients.
