Following the sale of one of its business units, our client needed to complete a complex divestment programme under a tightly constrained two-year TSA. Key challenges included:
Large-scale migration of c.4,000 user accounts, data, and assets to third-party servers.
Complex, varying user access needs throughout different stages of the migration.
High-risk data and infrastructure transfer, requiring robust testing and assurance.
