Driving AI Confidence: How a Global Law Firm Ensured Quality in Its Bespoke GenAI Chatbot

As part of a long-standing managed service partnership, Roq supported a global law firm in ensuring the quality and reliability of its secure, internally developed GenAI chatbot. Our client is a member of the prestigious “Magic Circle” of elite law firms. Headquartered in London, the firm employs over 3,100 lawyers across 20+ countries, delivering market-leading legal expertise on a global scale. 

The Client Challenge 

As part of its AI adoption strategy, the client developed a secure, in-house GenAI chatbot to drive productivity across business functions. To ensure it met internal standards for performance, security, and value, Roq was engaged to provide focused quality engineering support. The project needed to address:
